Tim brings over 40 years' experience in the government serving at the right-hand of Governors, elected Assessors, County Executives, and a Mayor in some of the largest and fastest growing states (Az, Ca, Va) and counties (Maricopa, San Diego, Fairfax) in the US.

He has also traveled extensively abroad as the elected President of the International Association of Assessing Officers and IAAO's Professional Consulting Services, LLC Trustee learning the property tax frameworks throughout Canada, China, Europe, Australia, and the Caribbean Islands.
